Chasa 32 is a traditional Engadin house with modern comforts.
The farmhouse, built in the 17th century, was extensively and lavishly restored and renovated in 2017. Centuries-old characteristics were preserved, and the infrastructure was modernised to achieve today's comfort.
The house is heated by underfloor heating. Climbing stairs is necessary.

Several restaurants are in the village, and a well-stocked supermarket (open every day except Sunday).

"In Guarda, the houses were not built; they grew." The village of Guarda is one of the best preserved Engadin villages and an architectural treasure trove. It consists almost exclusively of centuries-old typical Engadin houses with numerous sgraffito.

Guarda is the cradle and centre of the Swiss Baroque Festivals, an enchanting combination of exquisite baroque music and the finest wines in picturesque locations against the backdrop of Guarda.

Guarda is the home of Schellenursli, the main character in one of Switzerland's most famous picture books. On the Schellenursli theme trail, which has various experience stations, young and young at heart can follow Chalandamarz's footsteps all year round. Each route is more beautiful than the next and has different terrain requirements for all ages.

Fire pits in beautiful places invite you to grill, relax and play.

The legendary Swiss National Park can be reached in 20 minutes from here.

There are unique bicycle routes within a 0-30 km radius of all difficulty levels!

Bogn Engiadina in Scuol is a health and wellness spa with various pools, a spacious sauna area, and a Roman-Irish bath. It is a great leisure option for the young and the very old. Swimwear can also be rented on-site.

WINTER: Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, Nordic skating, sledging/tobogganing, and snowshoe hiking are all just around the corner. There are 1,200 km of ski slopes, groomed daily and never overcrowded, in Ftan, Scuol, Samnaun, Ischgl, Davos, Klosters, and Upper Engadin with Corviglia, Corvatsch, Lagalp, and Diavolezza.

The climate in the Engadin is mild, subalpine with little dust, dry air, low cloud cover and plenty of sunshine.

Dear four-legged friends, you can still be safe from ticks and autumn mites here. Clean water sources are everywhere for refreshment and bathing. And with a bit of consideration for people and animals, you can enjoy freedom like you rarely get anywhere else. In winter, no salt is spread in the village; only the bells ring on New Year's Eve.
