 The 17th-century farmhouse was extensively and painstakingly restored and renovated in 2017. Its centuries-old characteristics have been preserved, and the infrastructure has been modernised to achieve today's comfort.
The house is heated by underfloor heating. 
Climbing stairs is required.

The village has several restaurants and a small, well-stocked supermarket (open every day except Sunday).

Guarda is the cradle and centre of the Swiss Baroque Festival, an enchanting combination of exquisite baroque music and the finest wines in picturesque locations in front of the beautiful Guarda landscape.

Guarda is the home of Schellenursli, the main character in one of Switzerland's most famous picture books. On the Schellenursli-themed trail with various adventure stations, the young and the young at heart can follow in the footsteps of Chalandamarz.

The region offers almost endless hiking opportunities all year round, each route more beautiful than the other for all ages and terrains.

Fireplaces in beautiful places invite you to grill, linger and play.

The legendary Swiss National Park can be reached in 20 minutes from here.

There are unique bike/bike routes in all difficulty levels - everything near 0-30 KM!

Bogn Engiadina in Scuol, the health and wellness bath with various pools, a spacious sauna area, and the Roman-Irish bath, is a great leisure option for the young and the wise. Swimwear can also be rented on-site.

WINTER: Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, Nordic skating, sledging/tobogganing & snowshoeing are all just around the corner. 1,200 KM of ski slopes, groomed daily and never overcrowded, in Ftan, Scuol, Samnaun, Ischgl, Davos, Klosters, and Upper Engadin with Corviglia, Corvatsch, Lagalp, and Diavolezza.

The Engadine's climate is mild and sub-alpine, with minor dust, dry air, little cloud cover, and much sunshine.

Dear 4-paws, You still have peace from ticks and autumn grass mites here. You will find clean water points for refreshing and swimming everywhere. And with a bit of consideration for people and animals, you can enjoy freedom here like hardly anywhere else. In winter, no salt is spread in the place, and New Year's Eve only rings the bells here.
